 Judy is Sr. Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Allstate Insurance Company and a member of Allstate’s senior management team. She is also President of Allstate Investments. In this role she leads the Investments senior leadership team. Judy has held several leadership positions at Allstate Investments, including the management of areas like Strategy and Business Development, the Portfolio Management Group, and Operations and Technology. She’s also applied her leadership and investments expertise to areas like Investment Grade Corporates, Private Placements, Bank Loans, High Yield, Emerging Market Debt, Mortgage Backed Securities, Asset Backed Securities, Non-Dollar Securities, Governments and Short-Term Securities. Judy joined Allstate in 1990 as a portfolio manager in the Municipal Bond Group.
Prior to joining Allstate, Judy served as a portfolio manager and director of research with an investment management company in Dayton, Ohio. Judy earned a BS from Miami University and her MBA from Ohio State University. She is a CFA charter holder and serves on the Board of the CFA Society of Chicago. She is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, currently serving on the Membership Committee, and is active in various community organizations in Oak Park, Ill, with a focus on public education. She serves on the Chicago advisory board of Facing History and Ourselves, as well as the National Board of Facing History and Ourselves. |
