It was a large, financially stable company capable of providing
excellent challenges and opportunities to allow me to grow in my career. I was
also impressed with the people I met.

| What are the key aspects of your
daily work?
|
 |
I interact directly with the officers in Investments to implement
and administer the various incentive plans.
|
|
 |
I work closely with the various asset class teams to address
issues that arise on either new or existing performance measures.
|
|
 |
Finally, I am responsible for leading the succession planning
process within Investments and then coordinating the results with the Corporate
HR department.

| What keeps you here? |

The ability to continually learn and I enjoy the people I work
with. Both management and co-workers are always willing to take time to train
as well as help work out issues, both individually and in a team environment.

| What’s most important to you about your
job at Allstate Investments? |
 |
My job is continually changing and evolving and I like the
challenges that brings to my development.

On a personal front, as a new mom, Allstate Investments provides
me with work/family balance.
